Waters' previously had a hip flexor injury and re-injured it yesterday in practice.

Thanks, Omni .....................

I look at the teams coming in here and they've got 13, 14, even 15 guys dressed on the bench. Will we ever get to that point?? I realize most teams don't go that far past 8 or 9 anyway but it would sure be nice to see them dressed out over there .............

Those teams are dressing all of their walk on's.  We've got 3 walk on's that we don't dress, plus a 2 transfers and 2 injured players.

If we dressed all of them we would have 17 dressed.

Waters' previously had a hip flexor injury and re-injured it yesterday in practice.

Missing from the announced crowd of 2,236 fans was freshman guard Montavious Waters, who left the team Wednesday.

Waters returned home to Albany, Ga., ``to take care of some personal things,'' McCullum said. Waters is expected back in Tampa on Monday when a final decision on his status with the team will be made.

If Waters doesn't return to the team, he would be the second member of this year's five- man recruiting class to quit. Junior-college transfer Maurice Mobley left the team last week because of academic reasons, McCullum said.

Howie, don't waste too much time on UCFK85. He's a fugitive from the "other" board who let the Kanigits' Liberty University-like success last year go to his head ........

If you view entering the NCAA tournament as conference champions as a "negative", than I'd hate to try to please you.

Secondly, I'm just talking about how idiotic the coaches poll is.  Stetson has E.J. Gordon, and that is it.  Ga State and UCF are heads above Stetson.

I'm simply laughing at some of your guy's attempts to justify as Stetson as a major conference conteder to say "Look, we beat the best the A Sun has to offer".  Obviously the A Sun is nothing spectacular, which is why we are leaving.  However, you do not play UCF, Ga State, Belmont, or Troy so you can't claim you've beat the best of the A Sun.

And WTF were you doing at home??

Did they mention on the radio why Montavius wasn't dressed out?

Thanksgiving...  just got back in town 10 minutes before the game.

So now you know more than all the coaches in the conference. You must be a sportswriter. Funny guy ........

Why don't you wait until you see how the conference plays out, Nostradamus .............

Maybe he was in awe of the huge crowds and couldn't handle the pressure ...............  8)
