There is a complete lack of leadership on the field.  It appears that Grothe was the only one out there who took control.  Not one of these guys is stepping up and getting in anyones ass.  Bunch of undisplined guys running around with no desire today, and no one there to right the ship.

I think it's been painfully clear, especially today, that we need a leader out there on the field.
