Does anyone know how to get around a Regional Blackout on ESPN360?

Regional blackout as in your ISP doesn't provide it, or as in it's on local TV where you are so it's blacked out? If it's the former, the solution is this:

Step 1. Get a friend who gets ESPN360 to log in with your espn username on espn360.com and sync it up

Step 2. Go to ESPN360.com and select whichever ISP they said you had.

Step 3. You can watch ESPN360.

If it's the latter, I'm not sure, but it's possible that may work if they are also in an area outside the blackout zone.
