I just looked at the standings for the first time today.  What happened that USF has such a strong early lead?

I am not meaning this as smack - was just wondering (and was too lazy to go look it up)  did a bunch of players all get busted at the same party or something?

So everyone is aware - the asterisk is because a team can't win the Fulmer Cup on the back of one single knucklehead. At least two players have to get arrested for your team to be eligible.

Of course, Pupello is a virtual lock to win the Ellis T. Jones III Award, given to the single biggest miscreant of the college football offseason.

very true--- and I would hate to put our team on that type of scrutiny the rest of the season. One slip up and bam. It will be pretty bad for anyone who crosses the line--- no matter how small the infraction -- since that will put us way over the top.
