AACR, the American Association of Cancer Research, holds an annual meeting where most groundbreaking cancer research is presented.  I'm at the meeting, and it's awesome how well USF (mostly via the Moffit Cancer Center) is represented.  It's not an exaggeration to say that there are hundreds of presentations with co-authors from USF.  Barely any mention of Gainesville, by the way...
