If I still lived in Tampa I would definitely have fios.  I know I'd lose Catch 47 and Bay News 9 but I would still get it.  Its worth it just for the internet alone.  Fios is faster with downloads and uploads, which is where you can really see the difference.  A 500 MB upload is completed in 3.3 mins on fios VS 33 minutes on Brighthouses basic plan.
