Alright, with Signing Day not to far away here's a list of players that are 3 star at atleast Scout.com OR Rivals.com still considering USF to keep an eye on:

Name, City, State, Rivals Stars/Scout Stars, chance of coming to USF

QB:

Nico Flores, North Miami Beach, R3/S3, Low

Nick Owens, Fork Union, VA, R3/S3, Low

Garrett Barnas, Palatine, IL, R3/S2, Med

RB:

Deschion Baskerville, Fletcher, FL, R3/S1, Low

WR:

Sterling Griffin, Miami, FL, R3/S3, Med

Ishmeal Grant, Yuma, AZ, R3/S1, Med

TE:

None

OT:

None

OG:

Kendall Kelly, Gainseville, FL, R1/S3, Med

C:

Tom Freeman, Kansas City, MO, R3/S1, Med

DE:

Alex Williams, Tallahassee, FL, R3/S3, Med

DT:

Corey Gaines, Tallahassee, FL, R4/S2, Low

Vinson Bass, Ellenwood, GA, R3/S2, Low

MLB:

Mike Marry, Largo, FL, R3/S3, Med

Sam Barrington, Jacksonville, FL, R3/S3, Med

OLB:

Jonathan Watts, Oroville, CA, R3/S?, Low

CB:

Jayron Hosley, Delray Beach, FL, R4/S3, Med

Denard Robinson, Deerfield Beach, FL, R4/S3, Low

D'Andre Wood, Louisburg, NC, R3/S1, Med

S:

Tevin McCaskill, Miami, FL, R3/S2, Low

K: None

So, chances are we'll pick up at least one WR, LB, and CB from now until signing day, with Jayron Hosley the brass ring. This list does not include players already comitted to another school that could swing to USF.

Only ones we are recruiting are Hosley, Barrington, Marry and Griffin.  Way outside shot at Kayvon Webster.  This is barring a complete surprise.

smooth, what's your percentage on Webster?  heh...

I will say, though, that we thought our percentage for Jamar Bass was 0% a few days ago, as well...

Webster is a big 0%.....I might have to amend Barrington's percentage to 50% after the recent developments but we will find out in about a half-hour, he is going to announce tonight at that club....

I wouldn't have even mentioned Bass, I thought he had enrolled at Illinois

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

"For me, I never considered it that way (as a stepping stone), honestly. When I was offered the head job at South Florida, and I'm sincere about this, I never thought I would ever go anywhere."
