Ishmeal Grant told rival he was coming to USF. Also rival has Leslie Sturrips committed to USF.

Stirrups is not yet ranked by Rivals.  He was a 4-star a couple years ago before juco, and he's been tearing it up so I expect he'll be a 3 or 4 star.
