USF plays a football season like I play a game of golf . . . . . pretty much all over the place. . . . . . . . . . but in both USF's season and my golf game there is that one moment where greater things seems attainable.

In golf it is a shot right at the pin, for the bulls it is a game where they come out and lay it down on a good team.

In 2005 it was UL, in 2006 WVA and in 2007 it was AU.  In my opinion we have not had that moment yet this year (we were favored in the KU game and played way up and way down for stretches).  For that matter we were favored in all our games.

Well here we are underdogs again finally.  A place where we made our name and got ourselves on the map.

Here's what our guys are up against tomorrow night:

It is bitter cold in Morgantown, snow is in the forecast and they are celebrating the last game of the NCAA's all-time QB rushing leader.  They asked if we would accomodate their uniform change to white so they could promote a "white out" night to the fans . . . . . we didn't care.  They basically asked us to acquiesce to making an emotional crowd that much more emotional, and we just said yes and moved on. . . . . we didn't argue the point or run to the press seeking credit for being so sportsmanlike. . . . . . we just said yes and moved on like we knew something they didn't.

Just thought it was wierd.  Then I saw this quote in another thread:
