he was just cut today by the Twins.  He is an OF that could play RF and hits LHP pretty well if you look at his numbers the past 5 years (not including this year...he is having a terrible year...hence the reason he got cut)  but this is the type of guy that the rays could bring in with zero risk and see what happens.  sometimes guys get into a different situation and tear it up (reggie sanders and what he did for the Giants in 2002)

his stats are....he is a solid player.

and if the rays signed him i would be happy.

you complain about Kazmir and he has stats that could win a Cy Young...
