I'd have to say Boston is relevant only because I wouldnt want to have a rivalry with a team that was irrelevant. Thats like continuing our rivalry with UCF  :D

As for most irrelevant, I vote for Miami. I know the Dolphins were great at one point, and the Heat won one a couple years ago (thx to Shaq), but the Marlins can't get any fans. Even when they win 2 WS the owners lose money. I dont see the dolphins getting better anytime soon and the Heat might if they take Beasley tonight, but I think it will take a while. People just seem to have better things to do in South Beach than watch sports.
