he went to OSU as an ATH. They did not offer him as a qb.

Orhian never went there to play QB.  OSU made that clear when they recruited him.

Remember he was team MVP as a sophomore at the safety position.

My mistake. I was unaware that OSU recruited him as an ATH. According to Scout.com he is listed at QB and that's what I was going from.

So say Pryor doesn't sign with OSU, is Ohrian moved to QB?

With or without Pryor, Orhian will come in as an ATH.  Depending on how things shakeout there is always the possibility of playing QB.  Most likely he'll be a WR or S.  With his athleticism at 6'2-6'3 he'll do fine at either position.
