Hey Guys,

So, this is not sports related but, it's what I do at USF.  PLAY TRUMPET!!!

Just wanted to let you all know that after a national audition, the USF Trumpet Ensemble was selected to be a part of the Semifinal round at the National Trumpet Competition in Washington, DC.  The the event begins this Wednesday and goes through Sunday.  We play at 2pm on Thursday at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.  Send us some good vibes if you feel like it.  If any of you Virginia/DC area Bulls fans want to come out and hear some great trumpet music, then you'll know where to find us. 

Only a small group of Universities were accepted into the Semifinal round, and we are up against some strong opponents(Julliard, Indiana, Texas, etc.).

We're ready to Stampede Washington!!!

We played well, our piece was extremely challenging. 

Most importantly, we represented the school VERY well.
