Isn't it CRAZY that FAU is the only team in Florida who won their Bowl game?

With that said, I want to break the cycle of Negativity about this football season.  Football is not our lives.  It is a sport.  Most of us do not make a living from it.  Being a fan doesn't mean that the world will come to an end if we don't win every game, most games, or any game.  We are fans because we love our team win or lose.  We have an allegence to our Alma Mater no matter what.

I wanted to tell the football players, coaches, and faculty who have contributed to the successes of this team that I APPRECIATE everything they have done for USF football.  You gave us great highlights.  You gave us wonderful memories.  You gave us hope that soon we WILL win all of our games.  GREAT JOB this year.  I can't wait to see next year when we beat the tar out of every team we face.

Thanks for an entertaining year.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
