PR goes a long way. A.) You have a national audience watching and judging the game. The camera pans around and sees a pep squad instead of a ranked college team band. Not good.B.) Many may wish to go to the Sun Bowl but let's be realistic. The full H.O.T. band being there will make a difference for the lack of "home grown" fans. This is not to debate if we travel well or not.C.) Not only does our image in the national scene effect future possible fans but also recruits, students and yes even better staff. The little things effect the perception of the whole picture. Why do companies have ads/commercials? Why do they remodel their stores? It's still the same product but the perception is different. If it's a choice between H.O.T. going and saving money for a new toilet seat which will only need to be fixed or replaced in the future. I opt for the band going in full force and representing, not just the Bulls but the whole USF school/experience.
