The UF-FSU series is mandated.

No it is not.

The UF-Miami series has been played twice in 26 years (including future games).

How do you figure that? If you go back 26 years, Florida and Miami have played 10 times (8 if you remove bowl matchups).

If you include future games (we play them in 2008 and 2013), we will have played them 6 times (4 if you remove bowl matchups).

With the exception of 2 trips to Miami, every single UF non-conference game between 1992 and 2015 was or will be played at Florida Field.

Except for the trip to Tallahassee every other year.
