probably, but not necessarily.  USF will be #1 in the computer polls, but OSU would probably hold the edge from the human polls taking the overall lead.  But who knows, weirder things have sure happened this year already.

It would hinge on where OSU is in the computers and if USF gained ground in the human polls.  If USF ends up as #2 in the Harris and Coaches Poll and OSU #1 but OSU is #4 or 5 in the computers then USF would leapfrog them because it would make up the slim difference. 

OSU's schedule took a hit with Michigan beating up on Purdue.  Our schedule is far above theirs.
