Basketball season is right around the corner. I personally can't wait to make it to my first game. This years team obviously won't be too great but by the 08-09/09-10 seasons, I see the ship turning and an NIT bid in 09-10.

You know your basketball team has a long way to go when an NIT bid is 2-3 years away.

Oh yeah it is pretty bad. I just think that by then his recruits will be sophomores and we'll be able to compete in the BE. It sounds nuts but a .500 conf. record is a great goal to have. Plus, I'm hoping for the turnaround that season because that'll be my Freshman year at USF.  ;D

Stan Heath showed at Arkansas that he was a great coach and recruiter.

Great recruiter?Yes. Class Act?Yes. Great Coach?No.He was 82-71 at arkansas with a 31-49 record in conference.7-33 on the road.I wish you guys the best but I believe your atleast 3 years away from a ncaa berth.
