I was surprised there wasn't a thread on this.  The winds have been predicted to be 20-30mph all week.  Should make for an interesting passing game, or lack there of.

Not quite, breezy but not unsteady or impossible.  Remember the USF Bulls athleltes are Florida boys and ready to play in any weather - hurricanes or blue skies - Bulls win bit 40-10
