Is it the biggest win in the Coach Mac era?

This win with a few more very possible wins gets us into the BE tourney. That win vs georgetown did nothing for us.

Velcro Posted February 5, 2007 Group: Member Topic Count: 999 Content Count: 19,229 Reputation: 7 Days Won: 1 Joined: 01/14/2002 Share Posted February 5, 2007 this is certainly the biggest, as it has the most potential to affect our future. The Cincy win in CUSA tourney was big, as was the Charlotte win just before that same tourney. The georgetown was big because it broke the ice... could you imagine if we lost and went into season 2 in the big east on a 16 game conference losing streak? That at least made the previous year's streak end and gave us a clean slate. But this ND game could be the beginning of a positive trend for USF basketball. Something we haven't had in a while.
