It was asking which coaching departure was the biggest one to fill.  I was shocked when Rod Smith was the leading candidate.  I voted for Frey, but he wasn't even that close at second place.  Thought more on this board would find it interesting.

It's the biggest vacancy because Matt Grothe is on the verge of becoming the biggest star in the Tampa Bay area.

Frey and Lane hurt. Dorsey too, but not as much.  Rod leaving was a blessing.

like in most things in football the O line gets over looked and the same can be said about the Oline Coach
