Here it is, http://www.bigeast.org/about/11-04-03.asp, in the article it states that we won't join until the 2005-2006 academic school year.  I know that the academic school year starts on July 1 because I used to work on the football team from 2000-2002 as a student equipment manager and still have a connection with them today.
