Sorry to post to this board.  But I need help.

I have made several attempts to register to be able to access the main board but I am continually told to register.  When I try to register for the umpteenth time I am told to confirm my registeration in the e-mail I will receive, but have never received an e-mail or it says I am preregister but never can acces the main board.

Can someone tell me if they are not adding new members?
