Stop with the personal attacks

This has to stop.  I will give everyone a clean slate from here on out, but you can not keep attacking other board members like this.  This is everyone's first warning.  After this you have one more chance, then its to the box with you.

   What exactly is a personal attack? Is it when someone makes a general statement but doesn't back it up with facts? So if you call him about it ; is that a personal attack?

   When a person makes an obvious inflamatory statment geared to get a negative response; is that a personal attack or is it a personal attack if you answer that persons insult.

   I dont mean to tell you how to run your message board because I think you guys do a fantastic job. My only point is to ask you to look at the goader as well as the goadee. If a person wrongly yells fire in a crowded theatre, would you blame the people who paniced in the stampeed or would you blame the person who first yells out the warning

   I'm only pointing out to look at it from all sides.
