Sileo Praised USF...

He has talked USF up the whole season but some of you are too busy hating on the guy to notice.

And doesn't pout like a big baby if USF doesn't bend over backwards to get an interview for him ....

He does mention USF every now and then, but it's usually some sort of back-handed compliment like, "hey, they've got a PRETTY GOOD, LITTLE program down here."  It's not actual praise.  Just recognizing that we're having a good season (for our level, and for our conference).  Always comes off sounding like he thinks of us as a DIV 1AA team or something.  If he says we should win the BE, its probably an argument about how terrible the BE is.  

And it's a rarity to hear the words USF without hearing UCF within the same sentence.  Drives me nuts!!

Silly-O is also a little jealous, USF facility is much better than UM's, Kirk Herbstreit mentions the fact that UM's facilities are below par every opportunity he gets.  However, it was refreshing to hear Silly-O give USF props.

Sileo is so stinkin' annoying.  Regardless of what he's talking about, his incessantly whiny voice is like nails on a chalkboard.

I never liked the guy.....even before he started taking the time to bash USF.

Yes he was putting down Butch Davis (sour grapes) for taking the N.C. job.

Then said that the AD at Miami of FL (will never call it the u (note the lower case)) was asking past players for comments on candidates and brought up CJL.  Dan the SILLY-O said he thought CJL had done a fab job with USF and why wouldn't he want to go to a premier program (choke, choke)

No good coach wants to touch that program, it's poison!!!  I just hope it returns to its normal state of a loser it was before the 80's. > > > >
