With WVU, Ville, and Rutgers all slated to play each other in the next month, their computer rankings will rise.  I believe that WVU will win out, but it would be interesting to see what happens if it is Rutgers that wins out.

Who knows??? Rutgers has Louisville at home in 2 weeks and WVU on the Road the last game of the season.  That'll be another big game.

Pretty smart of the Big East to back load the schedules.  It's paying off with exposure.

Do you think this was planned?

If so "Brilliant"!!!!!!!!

The best part of this exposure is that it will help with recruiting for the BIG EAST and USF. Now, kids will see that the BIG EAST is still a major player in football. It can only help USF.

Exactly.  You hit the nail right on the head.  What good would it have done if our good teams played killer schedule up front and lost.  They would be out of the NC race now!!!  At least they are being talked about due to the exposure they have gained by being undefeated.  The backloaded schedules is the way to go.  I agree 100%

i disagree that they would have lost.  they are well capable of beating other great teams.

the big east teams this year, planned a good schedule.  most teams in our conference including usf, played easy teams, and their schedule is only getting hard each week.  this seems to be working for our conference, i like it.

Big East should lose it's BCS bid, no good teams after Miami, Va Tech and BC left.

It was very much planned.  I take it as a compliment that they threw USF in there as well at the end considering how we handed it to UL last year.  Certainly well thought out at the Big East HQ.
