Dungy, although he is a great coach and a great man, cannot get his teams into the super bowl...

id like to see him win it all, but the window of opportunity if closing for tony and the colts...

its a shame what happened last year with his son, who knows if that made an effect on the entire team in their playoff trip...

Dungy hasn't done it yet, but he will. Let's not forget that his QB also has a long history of choking in big games.

Why isn't Dungy on the hotseat? -- Simple answer - Every player in the league wants to play for him...There's something to be said for that.

Why isn't Dungy on the hotseat? -- Simple answer - Every player in the league wants to play for him...There's something to be said for that.

Manning cant win the big game, not much Dungy can do about that.

tampa finally won superbowl when the jettisoned him
