it will be a long year with no offense

poor matt grothe he will have to learn while getting minimal reps

have no fear pj will make the same poor throws, same bad decisions and be unable to move the ball

unfortunately the first 3 games will not prepare offense for kansas trip-BUZZ SAW

Pat Julmiste will start at least the first three games.  Matt Grothe will see significant playing time - maybe an entire half - against McNeese State and FIU.

My suggestion, if this Jim were 'The Jim' would be to pull a Spurrier and rotate Julmiste and Grothe on alternating possessions until the end of the 3rd quarter in both games, then give Gregory some touches.  That way PJ and MG get time with both the first and second string offenses.  Also as the lead builds -- assuming it does -- then both will be handing off to the RBs.

SPURRIER HAd two studs at qb

rotating pj and grothe would make them more ineffective

grothe needs reps under real fire.

it is incomprehensible that pj is still the qb

leavitt doesnt know what he is doing on the offensive side of the ball.woolard should force a cohead coach/oc on leavitt

The way Petrino handled the rotation of LeFors and Brohm a couple of years ago at Louisville was perfect.  LeFors would play the first few series to get some rhythm, and then Petrino would pick a spot to put Brohm in when they had good field position.  Brohm would get a couple of series in the first half of every game.  I'd like to see that with PJ and Grothe.
