Good news Bad news-Kansas game

  Good news is, I got my tickets today

  Bad news is, I looked at where the "visitors" section was at Memorial Stadium and I noticed they were bad seats.

  So I had to go thru the KU ticket sales and get better seats. Sorry I can't set with you guys, but I had to think, $35 for end zone seats, or $35 for 25 yard line tickets.

  So just look for the guy in the green shirt in the middle of all the Crimson & blue. That'l be me.

Yeah, plus there's a track in front of the stands. They look like horrible seats, but I bet the KU people could have done even worse if they really wanted to.

 Yep! But no big deal. I can handle it. My son is a big KU basketball fan, and will be wearing his KU football jersey just to mess with me.

 But I will still have my Bulls shirt & hat on, right in the middle of the Crimson & Blue.

Living up here n Chi-town there are virtually no alums and I would assume the same for Kansas...

He didn't get his tickets from USF.

 I became a USF fan back in 2001 when I went on a vacation to Tampa, all by myself. I was setting in my motel room thinking of someting to do, when I thought about the local College Football team. I remembered they were making there debut season in the BIG Division, and knew they had a pretty good season (it was the last game of the year vs Utah St.).

 So I checked, and sure enough they had a home game that night. So I took a cab and fell in love with the team. It doesn't hurt that Tampa is my favorite place to be in the entire world.  I just love the area. I would also like to take in a Tampa University baseball game now that they are the CHAMPIONS.

  Since then, I have been a Bulls Backer.

 And about the tickets, I e-mailed the sports dept. and asked them to e-mail me when tickets went on sale. Last Tuesday I got the e-mail that they had KU tickets for sale now. As stated before, I did have to go thru KU thou :-[

  But if you call the ticket line, they have them now thru USF.
