Danielle Urbanik led South Florida past UAB in a Conference USA doubleheader, hitting her first home run in a 4-0 win in the opener and tossing her first no-hitter in the nightcap, a 3-0 victory.

Christie Chapman's three- run double in the first and Urbanik's solo homer in the fourth supported Leigh Ann Ellis (31-4), who allowed eight hits and struck out seven.

In the second game, Holly Groves' two-run single in the fifth broke a scoreless tie, giving her a conference-leading 71 RBIs. Urbanik helped her cause with an RBI single.

In tossing USF's first no- hitter of the season, Urbanik (12-3) struck out four and walked four.
