Stapleton Named to Rimington Watch List

May 19, 2006

PISCATAWAY, NJ – Senior Darnell Stapleton of the Rutgers University football team has been named to the Dave Rimington Trophy spring watch list of top collegiate centers for the 2006 season, it was announced today.

RU Football Opener to be Televised by ABC

May 30, 2006

PISCATAWAY, NJ - The Rutgers University football team’s season opener at North Carolina will be televised by ABC-TV, with kickoff set for 3:30 p.m. It is the sixth nationally televised contest announced thus far for the Scarlet Knights in 2006.
