Sorry a little late on the draw regarding the stadiums....

Complacency and no budget come to mind however the baseball stadium will be addressed in the future. The last I heard, the proposal will include a field for the softball squad as well.  Rumor has it, the last round of long range planning even included a proposed Football stadium.

So, has the team gotten markedly worse over the last 8-10 years because everyone else's facilities got better? That doesn't sound right, only UCF has really updated theirs since then IIRC.

Leave EC alone. The facilities are garbage. Can not recruit top guys with them.  Woolard has guaranteed new stadiums for both Baseball and Softball. Lets see it.

With that said. We have to be in the top 3 every year in the Big East.  No way man for man the boys of the North East can match up with Florida kids.  Back in the day. The combination of the lights being bad and Northern teams being in a gym all winter dudes would get hit in the forehead with fly balls.  Swear I saw it happen more than once. They just do not play as much. To busy playing ice hockey.
