can we please drop this topic of huggins as our coach?  we don't want a guy who doesn't graduate players and who had the worst rate of graduation for his players during his time at cincy, than anybody in the country.  his players were constantly in trouble with the law, and so was he, he might be a good coach on the court, but thats it.  please drop this idea.

Since you guys say, Lets drop the idea.  I will.  I do not want to offend anyone.  Hmmm what can we talk about now?  Hey, hows our curling team doing?  Do we have a curling team?

Herm - Boooorrrriiiinnnnggggg!!!

PS - I visit various of my favorite teams forums and have never seen anything like this.  There will always be people who bash managers, players, the head coach, etc.  Especially when they are losing.   Deal with it!

I've got no problem talking about Huggins and wouldn't be that averse to him coaching here WHEN we have an opening .....

This thread needs to be moved.

First I do not know alot about USF basketball but I have noticed the BULLS have played everyone in the Big East tough.  That shows me your coach is pretty darn good and with some talent like the other teams have, you would likely not ever want him to leave.

His coaching ability is NOT in question (will up until the Depaul game), it's his ability to recruite and run a program.

Hilarious.

I agree, with some talent like UConn, Syracuse, Villanova and WVU, CRM would be a lot better coach.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

“This is not a broken football program by any means. It just needs to be united, to get everybody on the same page, share that same vision, and really to have that standard - best is the standard.”
