I really don't know why FLA doesn't have an established JC football prgram.  The JUCO basketball programs around the state are great though.

money shouldnt be a problem because they would be successful and self sustaining

usf would have great feeder programs

They had JC programs years ago and schools couldn't afford them.

The state does not allow the community college system to have football programs.

Some community colleges in FL are disbanding their athletic programs all-together due to $$ - Valencia CC is a prime example.  They stopped theirs a few years ago despite having over 40K students.
