Thoes two already have offers from Ole Miss. They were on the UM staff with Ole Miss' head coach, years ago.

we should still offer!

I don't think hiring someone like Kehoe is in our budget. Although there is an assistant cap on their salary, we aren't nearing it at the moment. With the raise CJL got, we cannot afford it.

Where in the world do you get the facts?  The reality is they're not coming because they're not wanted.  Kehoe is good, but we've got a very fine up and coming OL coach who already gets paid well.  Also, why would we want Soldinger to coach our offense when his offenses at UM with some of the best talent in the nation, have proven to be largely ineffective.

Leavitt could probably swing if he needed or wanted, but neither is the case.

Bein I agree they aren't wanted. I was making a statement that we do not pay top assistant fees (however this is before I found out that Miami didn't either. However Bein, Kehoe has been at Miami for 27 years. I wouldn't call that up and comming.
