Albeit rare, I agree with smazza.  Proving them wrong is the only way to make ourselves more visible to them.

Coaches aren't experts in stuff like this. More than half probably don't even fill out their own entries ...

Of course I want us to win out and then win in the Sugar or Orange Bowl - which is possible if we can get there.  I hope we concentrate on one game at a time.

If we win next game, we've ALREADY earned a top 25 rank.  Shouldn't have to prove anything at that point...it will have been proven.  Sadly, the screwups wont vote that way, even if we have a 6-3 rec with one of the top 20-25 toughest schedules in the country.  They'd rather put in 3 loss teams with weaker schedules.

Is this kind of the same thing how everybody is giving West Virginia the edge over us to win the Big East and get to a BCS when we clearly control our own destiny???...makes me sick...oh well... >:(  :-/

wvu also controls their own destiny as they have no conference losses and if they win 2 more games they win the BE.

They should be the favorite to win the BE now we have to go out and prove everyone wrong.
