Five Bowl Teams

Looking ahead, could the State of Florida have five teams go to bowls this year?  A very impressive feat-USF, UCF, UF, FSU, and Miami.  I don't know of any other state that could claim such a feat.

Texas would be the only one who could come close because they have enough teams in the state.

Maybe not this year, but Texas, TAMU, TTech, TCU and Houston could do it.  Texas, TCU and TTech are eligible, TAMU needs 1 win, and Houston needs 2 wins.

California has 4 eligible teams right now:  USC, UCLA, Cal, Fresno State and Stanford needs 2 wins.

Florida has 4 eligible right now with UF, FSU, UM and UCF in with USF needing 2 wins.

Who knows, a bunch of states could do this.

for comic relief purposes... other states could do the same... although unlikely since a few of the teams are from the same non-bcs conference that couldn't get enough bowl bids barring a miracle for them:

Akron/Cincy/OSU/Ohio/Toledo/Kent St(is kent ohio?)
