AP: 24

USA Today: 25

WVU also moved up:

AP: 18

USA: 16

Rutgers is 3rd among the others receiving votes in the AP poll with 12 points.  They are 9th among others receiving votes in the USA Today poll wiht 6 points.

With Miami # 5 and Penn State #10/11 ... 5 of USF's 11 opponents are recieving votes in the polls.
