WTF?? It's none of his damned business! This is where I think the PGA is off it's rocker. Crap like this and allowing Joe Sixpack to call in and point out something he thinks he saw.......... Freaking ridiculous.

The problem, like you mentioned, is that everyone isn't under the same amount of scrutiny with live gallery and tv coverage. Heck, tape EVERY hole of EVERY golfer for EVERY round and have a replay official scrutinize the play, not some plaid pant wearing octogenarian at home. The fact that the PGA allows this just boggles my mind .....
