Beastmaster, I finally agree with you on Hill. I think he should be developed as a QB. I've seen him in person and I think he can be a great QB given time.

Now, if he keeps going back and forth between WR and QB, it may be that he will not be good enough at either position to start... Don't we have enough receivers already? (Yes, I know we should play him... but why not play him at QB when there's a chance?)

Agreed.....out of 11 receivers on the roster 6 are freshmen and 3 are sophomores, so we seem to have a nice stockpile there (and thats not including Amp Hill, who will have 2 years of eligibility left - '06 and '07)

If Denson stumbles, hopefully Grothe or Hill will standout enough to show they deserve the job......we may be a year or 2 away from being in the position FSU is in now with Weatherford and Lee

I dont see why everyone is overlooking Grant Gregory.  He WILL be in the QB mix next year, and if he was able to play this year he would absolutly be battling for the #2 position.  From what I've seen he is a legitimate contender at that position.

You're assuming that USF will put this game away early. There is no reason to assume that. USF didn't exactly blow out Tennessee Tech last year.

Julmiste has earned the starting job for the moment. Let's see if he can put two good games together. If we get ahead, I would like to see Denson and Hill get some series at QB.
