Wasn't this game originally supposed to be played on Sept 10? Did it get changed due to the hurricane?

The game wasn't changed for the hurricane.  

At one point it was scheduled for the 10th I believe, but then it was changed and I don't remember exactly why.  I am sure someone will have the info.
