They probably waited until right before school starts so that recruits couldn't easily transfer out.

Wow, this is big news for Cincy.  That is going to be a tough situation for a new coach.  I think they will disappear from the rankings in the next couple of years and be like............well USF hoops.

Just speaking the truth BullDoug.  I think Cincy will go back to being what they were in the 80s, a mediocre basketball team.  They remind me of Houston in the mid 80s with Guy Lewis.  What happened to them when he retired?  Bottom of the SWC and Conference USA.  Mediocre.  Which is exactly what USF basketball is right now.

Whether you like it or not, its the truth.

Well, we did BEAT Them pretty good at the end of last year, and maybe some of those players would rather spend their time in Sunny Florida playing for a young up and coming coach, then freezing their asses off in Ohio!

We could see a reversal of fortunes.

C'mon guys, we were 5-10 in the conference regular season last year.  I think calling that mediocre at best is a stretch.  Yes we beat them in the Conference Tourney, but our hoops program has a long way to go, especially since we'll be playing the Big East this year.

Can we agree on that?

Just goes to show you how GREAT OUR coach is if he could whip their asses and their coach with an undermanned, unheralded bunch of players.

I wonder how Huggy Bear would have done if he had OUR guys last year.
