Yeah, but Khabi (who cares now), Vinny, Marty, and Dave have sat out there unsigned for a month now.

Cibak is all well and good, but I'd like some of the studs from last year back, too.  Boyle and Fedotenko were good starts...

Obviously, Habby was the first priority and they were waiting to see what happened with him. When he left, the progression started ............ Problem is I don't see Marty and Dave both signing with what's left under the cap. This really sucks ....

Marty was expecting 4-5 mil before the lockout.  I think 5 mil is about right, which leaves 2.9M left for Andy and a 6th blueliner.

They can make it happen.  I don't see Andy getting more than 1.5M for one year anyway.  Have faith!

That was before he (and his agent) saw what Vinny got ........ Bad things, man ........ bad things.    :-[

I read that Feaster talked with Marty's agent over the weekend and that his agent was going to be in town TODAY to talk to the Lightning.

GOOD things, man...

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
