Gators has nothing to do with UF, and used to be a pretty good place to catch a band, some good drinks, and lotsa females.  Back in my early 20s, I spent quite a few weekend evenings there.

true, they do have all you can eat wings there on monays, but just the thought of going to a place with "Gators" in it, especially since the sign is in blue and orange, and they have a 2005 uf football schedule in there, kind of makes me mad

They also have USF Thursdays with beer specials, I believe, and a room inside called "The Bull Zone" ..... Only other thing I'd like to see there is a "Bulls Country" banner somewhere. They supposedly were going to be part of that ............. Trust me, I hate the Gators something fierce, too, but am glad I ventured in there.

Its about time Tampa had a USF themed establishment, and I hope all of us in the area support it, I know I will spend my time and cash there during b-ball season watching away games.

Speaking of the coach Leavitt show, do we know yet where it will be done this year?  Channelside was nice.  If a more northern location is desired, have you thought about the "Banana Joes" in the University mall?  I know they do a lot of USF stuff.
