She's beating up on the guys in the US Amateur Public Links, a tournament where the winner traditionally gets invited to the Masters.

She qualified for match play, then won her first 2 matches.

She's now in her 3rd match (round of 16) and All Square after 2.

1)  if she does win this thing and goes to the masters, it would be amazing.

2)  if she does win this thing and doesn't get invited... we will likely have another Martha Burke sighting.

wow... Final 8!!  lets throw a victory celebration now!  If she wins it means she was the best AMATEUR player this week, big deal.  Last time I checked, amateur titles dont mean much.  

I would hope she is a better golfer than I am... I could probably come up with a long list of things I did better than her, but that doesnt mean much
