Screw Europe!  They knew they couldn't hold with the US, Cuba and others, so they drop the sport.  Sorry RJW, I just feel the countries across the Atlantic got the shaft on this one.

I won't let this go for a long time...

I guess that means we probably won't lose Eriksen to the Olympic team though...

Curious decision, considering that baseball is played by most olympic participating countries at some level. Softball always seems to be the USA vs Australia, so I can sort of understand that one a little more.

It would be great to see golf in the Olympics.
