I concur with most-a winning season and a bowl game (victory).

I see us going anywhere between 5-6 and 7-4.

2 wins - UCF and FAMU should be gimmees. If we lose to either of these terrible football programs we have big problems.

3 wins Rutgers, UCONN and Cincy. - it should not be unreasonable to win these games. UConn is rebuilding as is Cincy. Rutgers football is Rutgers football and will have to prove otherwise. We could lose all three games but all these teams are similar to teams we have beaten over the last two years.

1 win from syracuse - another rebuilding project and we have recruited better than the Orange. However playing in the Carrier Dome will be tough. Fortunately the game is in November and it won't be the saunna like it would be earlier inthe year

1 win from West Virginia - they too are rebuilding and by the time we play them we will know what we have at the QB position and defense. It's also homecoming in what should be a sold out house.

Any wins from this point forward are pure upsets

The only other possible win out there is Penn State. It's the first game of the season and anything can happen.

If we get 8 wins next year, CJL should get BE coach of the year.

IF you really want to get crazy...UL is losing alot and well......who knows what can happen.

UCF and FAMU should be gimmies, traveling north to play UCONN and SU will be tough.  I think we'll be fortunate to see 4 wins this season.

who will those 5 wins come against?  I see us as beating UCF and FAMU and probably Cincy then maybe just maybe pulling on out some place else.  Do you think we'll be able to take our young team and beat UConn in freezing temperatures?

Sure a winning season and a bowl bid would be great and is realistic but more than anything, I'd love to see us give UM a run for their money and maybe even sneak out with a victory.

They are not what they used to be. How good can Kyle Wright be if he couldn't beat out the very overrated Brock Berlin?

A solid performance by us and catching UM off a little and this will be better than beating Pitt at Pitt.

Wow... sometimes the things I read here shock me...

If the determining factor is a BOWL BID/WIN then there will be LOTS of dissapointed fans this year.

Personally, I just want to see growth from last year.  Show me a team that can move the ball, play some defense, and have some DISCIPLINE and I'll be happy. (I'm guessing 4 or 5 wins)

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.

“This is not a broken football program by any means. It just needs to be united, to get everybody on the same page, share that same vision, and really to have that standard - best is the standard.”
