Collin, if there is a tournament I am sure there are sponsors, right?  What kind of sponsorships are available?  Maybe someone on the board might be able to help out there also (unless the deadline has passed).

Velcro will be my playing partner at the tourney, so we will have independent verification of all prizes won.  Don't worry, we won't be using the money to buy a trophy for anyone, so you can rest assured you'll have just as good a chance of winning as anyone who is there.

Collin, what happened at the auction...

Here is as much info as i know... i'll let collin add to this as he is more up to date on the auction part of it.

The team of Collin, Eric Soncrant, Brian Hope and myself did very well, shot 10 under par as a team... 2nd low gross score, behind a group of 20+ handicappers that shot a "questionable" 56... we'll just leave it at that

The auction went well, Brian won a pair of Nike Shoes, i didn't win anything.  Most of the drawings were done prior to the reception at Yuenglueng Brewery.  Those items had tickets on them with the name of the winner.  I didn't see anyone's name on any items that i recognized.  Another dozen or so auction items were done live and everyone that won thoses were present to pick them up.

I don't know who bought tickets and who didn't, except for a couple people on here that i know personally, and i didn't see/hear their names.

Collin can probably give a more accurate answer on if anyone won anything other than Brian.

PS...

the volleyball team raised $16,000 from this tournament, AFTER expenses!
