  1. What are you smoking? "Talking about and working on an OCS". You realize they have been "taking about" it for over a decade. We consistently understand our peers regarding football. UCF (as an AAC member) spent 32% more than we did this year. The IPF was a minimum requirement. Are peers have had bigger and better ones years ago.
  2. No. That would be your mother. She still working OBT in Orlando or did she get a promotion to Nebraska in Tampa? Would be nice to catch up with her again.
  3. It is clear from the admin’s actions (e.g., lack of funding, doing the bare minimum on facilities, focusing only on coaches without HC experience). We’ve come a long way from those, “ we deserve to sit at the table USF, UF, UM, FSU” billboards. Are you guys okay with this regression? Have you accepted it?
  4. This thought process reminds me of companies that could not survive as workers increased their mobility and stopped staying at one job for their entire careers. It’s about changing from thinking “we need to come up with ways to stop coaches from leaving” to “we need to invest into the program so they don’t want to leave”.
  5. What is the alternative you are suggesting? Get a ****** coach that nobody wants and keep losing? Even if you got a crappy coach, if he ever had success you would have the same exact problem. So what are you suggesting?
  6. Can someone confirm? We are the only FBS team this year that has not a single FBS win. I blame Kelley, Scott, and all of your idiots that were like “he needs another year” or “he is rebuilding”. If you said that at any point, you should be banned for making any comment on coaching or performance from here on out.
  7. Even if they get rid of Scott. The USF parents will **** it up. “We want someone who is wholesome”. “Who we can respect”. “Someone who we are proud to teach our kids”. “Someone who is going to stick around”. “We aren’t a stepping stone”. Etc. etc. etc. Literally every criteria except someone who knows how to win a ballgame.
  8. Hired Lane Kiffin instead of listening to all the idiots that think 1) we are in a position to avoid hiring good coaches with baggage 2) that every coach needs to be a “forever” coach.
  9. We have 0 in the bag. A win against FCS is nothing but us paying someone to lose. That **** doesn’t count.
  10. “I felt like we were prepared, but obviously we weren’t,” third-year USF coach Jeff Scott said. “… It was surprising that we couldn’t find much success on either side of the ball.” Doesn’t the above mean he isn’t the guy? He clearly isn’t aware of the level of preparedness that is needed to compete at this level. Thoughts?
  11. Are you guys crazy? Nobody in their right mind would let USF into a bowl game. We’re terrible, we don’t have any fans, and there are literally 120 schools that would be a better fit.
  12. This is what most fans here want. A bunch of feel good losers. I was passed we based on Kiffin when we had the chance.
  13. The OCS is just a building and isn’t responsible for the state of the program. However, it is a symptom of a bigger problem. When I, as a parent of a potential recruit, am faced with two options: 1) School A that consistently invests in athletics and the numbers back it up or 2) School B that talks a huuugggeee game “we are already there” etc. but consistently underinvests in athletics and is not only way below the national median, but at the bottom of the AAC in terms of $$$s. Which do you think I’m picking? Also, think about it from coaches perspective. They are the ones out there selling the program. Do you really think the other recruiting school aren’t bringing up our investment levels to the parents?
