  1. With Miami also implicated, and the problems at UNC... drop those programs... 11 teams left. USF, UCF, ECU joins the ACC. BOOM... WIN WIN WIN situation.

  3. Auburn is providing full refunds for MBB season tickets: http://www.al.com/auburnbasketball/index.ssf/2017/09/auburn_offering_full_refunds_f.html
  4. They used to be Adidas until Michael Jordan's son (who played a few years) refused to wear non-Nike shoes. Adidas then cancelled their contract and Nike took over with what was speculated as being a cheap offer. The delusional tinmen thought Jordan's affiliation was going to bring them a huge apparel contract and publicity which would result in grabbing big time recruits.
  5. I didn't realize they also have Mario Cristobal as their OC and O-line coach. They really went Florida heavy. Will really try to recruit the heck out of Florida. But I couldn't care less about Oregon.
  6. I posted about this in the General Sports forum: But this is BIG news so I decided to post here. A live stream of the US Attorney's office detailing the allegations is about to start: https://www.facebook.com/usaosdny/
  7. Speculation now includes Louisville and Miami. Appears to be schools sponsored by Adidas: http://www.businessinsider.com/college-basketball-bribery-scandal-arrests-2017-9
  8. Assistant coaches at top college basketball programs took cash bribes to deliver star athletes to an adviser or agent, federal prosecutors announced on Tuesday. A release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York stated that charges of fraud, bribery and corruption in college basketball would be formally announced later Tuesday. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/college-basketball-coaches-allegedly-took-bribes-agents-deliver-athletes-n804781
  9. Wrong. Being that I'm from Miami, and used to work at UM, I say it's actually about 95%
  10. I think better conference would be my "2nd place" wish My wish would be... Win the national championship in 2007. I think that would have made a huge difference for both USF and the Big East.
  11. All of the "cam" shots are part of the game day experience. If you notice people get excited and want to be a part of it. Wont knock it. We need that and more to get more people to enjoy being at the game. What got old (besides the stadium announcer "...OHHHH THAT'S HOT"...) the first time they tried it, and thankfully didn't do last night, was the SG President and VP trying to make the student section do some chants while being HORRIBLE at the attempt to lead
  12. Does it look different on TV. At the game these offside penalties look really ticky tacky
  13. I wonder if the rusty tinmen are worried about Frost
  14. I just completed this quiz. My Score 0/100 My Time 9 seconds Ughhhh... i accidentally changed the page. Is there a reset option???
  15. He wont. He just just transferred, which is already a few weeks into the season, and this year counts as his last year of eligibility. I HIGHLY doubt he will be able to learn the playbook AND hop over the QB's that are already in the roster in to be able be a starter (or have any significant playing time).
  16. What was the problem with the new location. I haven't attended so I'm just curious.

  18. Besides the obvious SEC-bias, I'm pretty sure they let UF easy because they had 10 players suspended for the Michigan game. ...Would they give the same leniency to a non-SEC, or especially a non "P5", team? ....Ha!
